Traditional Hayden’s breakfast
Two free-range eggs – poached, scrambled or fried – two rashers of organic bacon, local free-range
pork sausage, mushrooms and grilled tomatoes, served on toast with Heinz beans

Lighter cooked breakfast
A free-range egg – poached or fried - rasher of organic bacon, local free-range pork sausage and mushrooms. Served with toast and grilled tomatoes or Heinz baked beans

Bagel breakfast
A toasted bagel served with two rashers of organic bacon and topped off with
two free-range eggs – poached, scrambled or fried. We also do a vegetarian option

Cheddar Eggs
A toasted cheese scone served with two poached eggs and a sprinkling of
cheddar on top, plus a side of organic bacon or local free-range sausage

French toast
Bread dipped in free-range egg and cinnamon, sauteed in organic butter and served with organic maple syrup

Hayden’s pancakes
Hot American-style pancakes cooked to order and served with organic maple syrup.
Add a side of organic bacon or local free-range sausage

Omelette
Made with three free-range eggs and served with your choice of toast, bagel or toasted muffin
with organic butter. Add mushrooms, organic vintage mature Cheddar, organic home-cooked
ham or organic bacon, or just have it plain

A slice of hand-cut toast or a toasted muffin topped with:
Heinz baked beans
Mushrooms sauteed in organic butter
Grilled tomatoes
Free-range eggs – poached, fried or scrambled

Welsh or Buck rarebit
Our own secret recipe. Served on a slice of hand-cut granary or white toast
Add a side of organic bacon or local free-range sausage

Bacon or sausage sandwich
Organic bacon or local free-range pork sausages served in white or granary bread
